I Only Want You novel Chapter 262

Elizabeth followed Lydia to Lu Mansion in the end.

In fact, Elizabeth's life in Lu Mansion was quite fulfilling. She made a few small dishes every day. Sometimes, she accompanied Lydia to go shopping or to the beauty salon. She was also learning to drive, and James often urged her to go to the flower shop, to have a look.

Thinking of the flower shop, Elizabeth thought naturally of the bouquet of flowers James had sent her. In the end, Lydia helped her find someone to make that bouquet into the perpetual flowers. Of course, Elizabeth was satisfied. In this way, not only did she not have to worry about those powder, but she could even keep the flowers as they were now forever.

It was rare for Elizabeth to be free these days. She just did these things everyday, and she would video chat with James in the evening or call him for a long time. The time passed quickly.

One day, Lydia said that James's birthday was coming soon. She took Elizabeth to the mall and said that she wanted to see if there were good gifts for James.

The two of them walked around the mall, but they found nothing good.

As they passed by a store selling baby products, Lydia suddenly stopped when she saw someone.

"Mom, what's wrong?" Lydia pointed to the girl who was standing outside the window and looking inside, "I know that girl." As Lydia spoke, she took two steps forward with Elizabeth and shouted softly, "Adele?"

Adele paused and turned around. When she saw Lydia, she greeted Lydia with an unnatural smile, "How are you, Lydia?"

Elizabeth looked at the girl. She had fair skin and looked gentle and lovely. Elizabeth's first impression of Adele was that she was a good girl.

Lydia asked, "Didn't you go abroad to study? When did you come back?"

"It's been a few days. My class over there has been completed."

Lydia frowned and said with some dissatisfaction, "You're back. Why don't you come and visit John and me?"

Adele said apologetically, "I'm sorry, auntie. There are a lot of things going on these days..." As she spoke, she looked at Elizabeth, who was held by Lydia, "Who is this...?"

When it came to Elizabeth, Lydia exclaimed, "Oh, look at me, I forgot to introduce Elizabeth to you." She proudly and happily pulled Elizabeth forward and said with a smile, "This is Jimmy's wife, Elizabeth. Elizabeth, this is Adele. She grew up with Isaac and Jimmy."

Upon hearing this, Adele smiled at Elizabeth, "Nice to meet you, Elizabeth. You didn't come to the party last time. I've been regretting it for a long time. I was even thinking about when to find another opportunity to meet you." Hearing this, Elizabeth guessed that it was most likely the time when she quarreled with James. She still remembered that James once said that Isaac was waiting for them. But now she couldn't say anything more. She just apologized and said, "I had something else last time. I'm sorry."

Lydia, however, said at this moment, "Adele, are you here to buy baby products?"

Hearing this, Adele's face changed, and then she replied with an unnatural smile, "Yes... yes, I want to buy something for my friend."

"I see." Lydia nodded. "Your friend already has a baby. It's really a good thing! You guys should get married and have babies as well." Saying this, Lydia also looked at Elizabeth, "The first one should be you, Elizabeth! I have urged you and Jimmy for a long time, but there is no any good news for you two at all. Do you know how anxious I am?"

Elizabeth looked at Adele with an embarrassed smile and then lowered her head slightly.

At this time, Adele said, "Auntie, you can't be in a hurry for this. If you urge Jimmy and Elizabeth like this, they will be under a lot of pressure. Then it would be more difficult for them to have a baby."

Lydia frowned, "Really? But I really want to have a grandson!" After that, Lydia waved her hand with some annoyance, "Forget it, forget it. I'll go to the restroom first. Elizabeth, you can accompany Adele to have a walk inside and find some inspiration for having a baby."
