I Only Want You novel Chapter 301

Elizabeth looked at James and then looked at the other three people sitting there. Thinking about what he had done just now, Elizabeth afraid that James would immediately leave if he said she didn't feel hungry.

She thought for a moment and replied, "Emm... Still a little bit."

"Okay." James smiled at Elizabeth, then looked at the table and said lightly, "I have a weak stomach lately, so I can't eat these. Enjoy your dinner!" After that, he stood up, pulled out the chair behind him and went to the living room.

Zena looked at James's back. She wanted to say something but stopped on second thought. In the end, she just pursed her lips tightly and said nothing.

Lydia curled her lips and said, "Zena, Jimmy may be too tired today. Never mind it. We can continue our dinner."

Zena smiled awkwardly. Looking at the well-prepared dishes on the table, she suddenly felt like she had lost her appetite.

"Yea... Zena, his appetite hasn't been very good recently. Don't mind it." After Elizabeth finished, she couldn't help but criticize James in her heart. "What the hell! James was so strange. Bad appetite? Hard rice? Oily dishes? He actually ate all the slices of boiled meat I cooked at noon today." "See, Elizabeth stays with him every day, so she definitely knows the fact." Lydia said with a smile.

Zena nodded and glanced at Elizabeth. Then she said, "It's all my fault. I've been away for a long time. I don't know what's going on with him."

"How could this be your fault?" Lydia waved her hand and said, "But, what's your plan for coming back this time?"

"It's not decided yet for the time being, but I've contacted some positions before. It's up to Xavier's arrangement. We'll make a decision later."

"Well, that's good." Lydia nodded, "By the way, Elizabeth, you still don't know Xavier, do you? I haven't mentioned him before. Xavier is Zena's boyfriend. They grew up together and fell in love with each other. It's really good to see that."

Elizabeth now had a rough idea of the relationship between them, but it's just a general idea. After all, she didn't even know who Xavier was.

However, she didn't have the time to get to know more about him now. She nodded and responded to Lydia, "The childhood friendship is really good." Then she began to eat silently.

A few minutes later, she finished the meal and said, "Mom, Dad, Amy Zena, I'm done. Take your time."

Lydia looked at Elizabeth, who had already stood up, and said in surprise, "Elizabeth, are you full now?"

"Yap, I'll make James some noodles." On the way to Lu's Mansion, he claimed that he was hungry, but he refused to have dinner. Now he must be starved.

Lydia looked in the direction of the living room and said, "Okay."

When Elizabeth went to the living room with a bowl of noodles, James was smoking by the window. He stood straight, with one hand in his pocket and the other held a cigarette.

"Why do you smoke so much?" Elizabeth put noodles on the tea table and walked toward him. Seeing the butts in the ashtray in front of him, she frowned and said, "Aren't you in a good mood?"

"I don't look like I'm in a good mood."

"Obviously not." She rolled her eyes at him. "What's wrong with you?"

"Nope." James put out half of the cigarette in the ashtray. "Have you eaten well?"
