James came back very early that day. When he arrived home, it was only four o'clock in the afternoon.

He got the certificates that Adele needed for going abroad, so he came back early. The plane was at half past seven in the evening.

As soon as he walked to the living room, he saw Elizabeth sitting on the sofa in the living room, looking at her phone in a trance.

"Why are you sitting here?"

"Yes." James nodded and walked to her, "Where's Adele? Is she till upstairs?"

"No." Elizabeth shook her head, "She went out." She had been waiting here since Adele went out, hoping that Adele would come back soon. It was not good to her to stay outside for a long time, even if she was in the housing estate.

"Did she go out?" James frowned and asked, "What did she go out for?"

"She went out for a walk. I went to look for her once, but I didn't find her."

"Okay." James let out a sigh of relief, "It's so hot now. Why did she go out?" The weather was so hot in August.

"Since you have come back, drive to find her. I said that I wanted to buy her something. She doesn't have much luggage, so I want to buy her some clothes and daily necessities. I can ask her what she likes if she comes back."

"It's inconvenient for her to take lots of luggage with her. When she gets there, someone will prepare it for her. Don't worry."

"No." Elizabeth shook her head, "I don't know when we can go to see her. Besides buying something for her, I want to buy some for her child. This is our gift for her. What do you think?"

"Okay. Let's go and buy it now. The plane will take off at half past seven tonight. It's not too late now."

Elizabeth asked in surprise, "So soon?"

"I told you that the sooner, the better. Let's go." As James said this, he took her hand and walked to the door.

"Hey! Let's get Adele back first."

James did as Elizabeth said, but Adele's phone was turned off. Thinking of the recent situation of Adele, he did not think too much, "Her phone has been turned off. Ordinary people can't get in this housing estate. Don't worry! She's not in a good mood. If she wants to go out for a walk, don't stop her."

Finally, she chose two sets of her favorite clothes, two pairs of shoes and two hats.

"What do you think of these clothes?" She smiled and raised the things in her hand, saying to James.

James took the phone that suddenly rang and said, "Good. I'll answer the call first."

Elizabeth shrugged and took things to pay the bill, "We'll buy these!"
