Cornelia's eyes welled up with tears, "Thank you, Granny Luisa."
Gently patting Cornelia's head, Granny Luisa said, "Silly girl, didn't we agree long ago that whatever happens between you and Marc wouldn't affect our relationship?"
"Yeah," Cornelia nodded.
Granny Luisa then turned to Patricia, "Marc isn't worth a damn, it's fine if Nelly broke up with him. From now on, you take good care of Nelly here."
Patricia nodded, "Don't worry. I'll do my best to look after Nelly."
Only then did Granny Luisa feel relieved, "Hmm...Nelly, I guess I'll be off then."
"I'll walk you out," Cornelia offered.
"No need, dear, I have people with me, and my personal doctor and nurse are waiting for me downstairs. You should go back to your things."
Cornelia said, "Take care, Granny. After Granny Rebecca's verdict, I'll come visit you."
"Alright."
