Chapter 215 Revenge
Things could always get romantic, especially when two people were alone.
Suddenly, someone ruined the atmosphere.
No one saw it, but someone poured water down from upstairs.
Jaxon reacted fast and took Anastasia to his arms.
Therefore, he got wet all over his body, while Anastasia only got a little water on her arms.
Jaxon looked at her and asked with concern, "Are you okay?"
Anastasia shook her head, stood up immediately, and looked up. But no one was there.
No one saw the wrongdoer.
She looked at Jaxon. "You should book a room and wash up. I'll ask your assistant to send you some clothes."
Jaxon nodded and said with a smile, "I'm glad that person gave me a chance to help you."
No doubt Anastasia was the target.
Anastasia smiled. "I'll check the security camera."
Jaxon nodded and went in with her.
The organizer was terrified to see Jaxon like this.
"Mr. Stanford..."
"It's okay. Let Ms. Graves check the security camera and see who did it."
The light was dim, making it hard for people to see if Jaxon was mad.
"Sure, sure."
Jaxon went to a hotel room. Anastasia called Jaxon's assistant and then checked the security camera.
Jaxon got washed up and changed in less than half an hour.
The floor of the hotel corridor was paved with black tiles, making the place grand but solemn. The lights on the ceilings were blazing white, creating a great visual impact.
Anastasia leaned against the wall in her black dress. Her face had no emotion, but the blazing light shining from above made her seem a bit melancholy.
She wore an obsidian anklet on her feet, which made her fair-skinned ankle even sexier.
Jaxon walked over and looked down at her.
"Who did it?"
Anastasia leaned against the wall with her beautiful collarbone exposed and said indifferently.
