Even if you don’t express gratitude, can you at least refrain from disturbing my rest!?” The man’s lips curl into a frosty smile. “It’s precisely because I’m aware that you had a long day, so as a patient’s family member, I want to offer you a more comfortable way to rest. Is that not permissible?”

Having said this, he carried Cherise effortlessly and addressed the three people in the room, “I’m taking Dr. Shaw with me. If anyone asks, just tell them it’s Damien Lenoir.”
