Chapter 396 Rollover
Faye sent the message.
Simple word with the address attached.
Lance had heard of this place--Heaven of Bomsville.
Quite famous, but with a bad reputation.
The name was just like its signboard, it was a heaven of carnal pleasure, good and bad people mixed up.
If Emmett was hidden here, saving him was harder than going to heaven.
Looking at Faye's message, Lance lost in thought for a few seconds. His finger moved and typed a line in the chat interface to confirm: [Is Emmett hidden here?]
Faye: [Yes, I'll ask someone come to your aid.]
Lance: [OK.]
Having sent messages to Faye, Lance raised his hand to rub his face and adjust emotion. Turned his head, Lance looked at Andy smiling and grimacing, "Andy, Emmett is kept hidden at Heaven of Bomsville, Faye will ask someone come to our aid."
Andy drove in an orderly manner, "Not required, too many people are easy to alert the enemy."
Lance ribbed himself, "But aren't we two too weak?"
Andy, "I have no problem."
Lance made an awkward smile, "I'm OK actually."
Andy was serious and stern, "By then you don't get out of my sight, I promise you will not die or get disabled."
Lance, "..."
Lance thought: what's the highest level of showing one is valiant and strong? What Andy did just now explained it.
On the other side, Faye felt anxious after sending messages to Lance.
Looking down at the dark screen of her phone, she wanted to exhort Lance something, while the screen lit up and Lance sent a message: [We don't need reinforcement.]
Faye: [?]
Lance: [Andy will protect me.]
Faye: [??]
Lance: [Andy turns me into a superman and takes me to fly.]
Faye pressed her lips: [Be serious. Take care of yourself.]
Lance: [If this bastard can't protect me I will never let him go.]
Faye believed Andy was capable.
There was nothing wrong with him except his straight mind.
He could fight, besides, he behaved cautiously.
Andy said reinforcement was not required, he meant something. So Faye didn't adhere to her opinion.
Life was the most important under this circumstance.
Having read Lance's message, Faye closed the phone's flap, putting it in her pocket then went downstairs, driving to the company.
Today Faye got there late, she didn't drove to underground park but stopped at ground parking directly.
Having stopped her car, Faye entered the company gate.
