Chapter 518 Kicking Down the Ladder
Lance looked at Andy and then looked down at himself. Suddenly, the word "marshmallow" popped into his mind.
Faye teased, "Do you still think you're masculine?"
Lance refused to admit it, so he said stubbornly, "My masculinity mainly comes from my strong willpower."
Faye stepped upstairs and said, "If you say so."
After taking a few steps, she turned her head back and said, "Lance, there is a spider!"
Hearing this, Lance abruptly jumped up from the sofa in shock and shouted, "Where is it? Where is the spider?"
Faye gave him a thumbs up and smiled faintly, "Very strong willpower."
Lance was speechless.
Then, she turned around and continued going upstairs.
Lance took a deep breath and then glared at Andy outside the floor-to-ceiling window. And his anger made him braver.
A few minutes later, he went into the yard with a towel.
Andy was lean and ripped. When he was concentrating on hitting the sandbags, he suddenly caught a glimpse of Lance, so he stopped throwing his punches and asked, "What's wrong?"
Lance flatteringly handed the towel to him and said, "Andy, come on! Wipe the sweat."
Seeing the flattering smile on his face, Andy intuitively had a bad feeling.
Hesitating for a few seconds, he glanced at the towel in Lance's hand, reached out to take it over, and said expressionlessly, "What do you want me to do? Say it directly."
Lance laughed, "Can you teach me this."
Hearing this, Andy glanced at the sandbag and asked, "Boxing?"
Lance nodded, "Yeah."
Andy shook his head, "It's too difficult for you."
Lance retorted, "Do you think I have no basic fighting skills? Andy, my fighting skills are not bad. Although I am no match for you, I am stronger than..."
Before he could finish speaking, Andy interrupted, "It's not about your skills. I don't think you have the perseverance to keep practicing."
Lance retorted, "Are you looking down upon me?"
Andy glanced at him in silence, but his expression was saying yes.
Lance was annoyed, so he unbuttoned his shirt, took it off, and then started showing his biceps. He confidently pointed to his muscles and asked, "Andy, see?"
Andy was speechless.
To prove to Andy that he could practice boxing, Lance gave him an all-round display of his front, back, left, and right.
