Chapter 551 Showing Affection in Public
After sending the message, Colin leaned back into the chair. His temples kept throbbing. Even though he was pressing them with his fingers, it did not help.
After a while, Maxwell replied, "I will do it as soon as possible."
After Faye returned to the PR department, she took out her mobile phone and sent Lance a message, saying, "Keep a close watch on Andy."
Lance replied with a question mark.
Faye said, "I just want you to learn more from him."
Lance asked, "There is something wrong, right?"
Faye replied, "Shut up."
The film festival soon came. And Faye accompanied Colin to attend it in an evening dress. He helped her choose a champagne-colored halter dress, looking elegant and capable. Colin was wearing a black suit and a black shirt. On such a solemn occasion, he didn't wear a tie, and the collar of his shirt was unbuttoned, so he looked as frivolous as before.
The seats of the CEOs of several media companies were in the front row. After sitting down, Colin leaned slightly toward Faye and said, "I heard Aniston will get an award this time?"
Faye replied, "Yes, the best actress."
Colin smiled, "You prepared flowers for her?"
Faye raised her eyebrows and asked, "How did you know?"
Colin said with a half-smile, "Because I prepared flowers for her too."
Faye asked suspiciously, "Really?"
She knew him well. After all, they had expressed their feelings to each other. Although Aniston was Farrell Media's artist, she believed he would not send flowers to female artists.
Seeing her curious face, Colin chuckled, "I sent flowers to her in the name of Robert."
Faye teased, "Does he know?"
Colin smirked, "Although I did a good deed, I won't seek recognition. I am a noble man after all."
Faye held back her laughter and said, "Well, Robert will thank you very much when he knows about it in the future."
Colin showed a smug smile. When he was about to reply, a figure suddenly appeared in front of him. Then, a woman crouched down and said in a soft and sweet voice, "Hi, Mr. Farrell."
Hearing her voice, Colin showed a cold face before he saw her face. Then, he turned his head to glance at her and asked expressionlessly, "What's wrong?"
The girl looked in her early twenties. Her face was pretty, and her figure was curvy. When she squatted in front of him, her breasts were fully revealed.
Hearing his question, the girl blushed scarlet and whispered, "I had a bet with my friend on whether I can borrow a thing from you."
Colin said in a deep voice, "What thing?"
Seeing him so patient, she thought she had hope, so she said softly, "Your suit jacket."
When Colin heard this, his eyes turned cold.
Seeing this, the girl felt scared.
Colin then parted his thin lips and asked, "Do you know who the lady beside me is?"
The girl glanced at Faye, pursed her lips, and responded, "Ms. Nash."
