My Fair Stunner novel Chapter 583

Chapter 583 The Ruthless Man

As soon as Maxwell finished talking, the ambiance fell into a dead silence.

Ethan squinted at Maxwell and increased the strength of his hands.

Seeing that Maxwell was about to suffocate, Abbot, who was standing beside Ethan said, "Ethan, don't be impulsive."

Hearing Abbot's words, Ethan took a deep breath while suppressing his anger and the sternness in his eyes dissipated. He loosened his hands which were strangling Maxwell.

After Maxwell was released, he leaned against the wall with one hand, panted, and sneered.

Ethan glanced at Maxwell, took out a wet wipe from his pocket with a cold expression, and wiped his hands expressionlessly.

Abbot was worried that Ethan might attack again. He stepped forward to block the two of them and asked, "Maxwell, what makes you so dissatisfied about living? Why are you working so hard to look for death?"

Maxwell adjusted his breathing and straightened up without answering the question. Instead, he asked, "Is Colin all right?"

Abbot asked, "Do you want him to be okay? Or do you want him to be not okay?"

Maxwell said, "I don't think he would be so stupid that he didn't realize that there was a problem on my end."

When Maxwell finished speaking, Abbot laughed mockingly, "Did a problem happen over here? Isn't that your plan since the very beginning but you didn't tell Colin?"

Maxwell and Abbot looked at each other and Maxwell wasn't denying, "The process is not important."

Hearing Maxwell's words, a sneer came from Abbot, "You can change your name in the future and call yourself a "jerk"."

Maxwell said without changing his expression, "Don't worry. I will contribute as much as Colin."

Abbot glanced at the wound on Maxwell's face and said, "Don't you deserve to be beaten up? That is just a superficial injury..."

Before Abbot could finish speaking, Maxwell walked over to the coffee table with a sinister smile on his face. He picked up the dagger that he had prepared in advance and stabbed it into his lower abdomen.

Seeing that, Abbot was stunned.

Maxwell stabbed himself quickly and pulled it out. He gritted his teeth and stabbed himself for the second time.

Abbot returned to his senses and yelled, "Fuck! Are you crazy?"

Maxwell pulled out his dagger, covered the bleeding wound with his hand, and said, "Can these two stabs counteract Colin's car accident?"

Abbot continued, "Damn, you are really..."

Before Abbot could finish speaking, Maxwell interrupted, "Old Mr. Farrell tends to be very suspicious. Colin and I won't be able to hide our cooperation from him."

When Maxwell was talking, he was so much in pain and took a deep breath. After a pause, he continued, "I admit that all of this was planned by me. The reason why I didn't tell Colin in advance was that I thought he would find out. Besides, that's the way to make Colin's people come to me aggressively after the accident. Since we are going to act, we have to make it seems real."

Abbot scolded, "What if Colin didn't find out?"
