My Fair Stunner novel Chapter 624

Chapter 624 Innocence

Hearing this, the boy standing in front of the desk looked embarrassed.

After a long time, he uttered some words from his throat, "I didn't do anything wrong."

Faye said indifferently, "You think it's correct to be a poser?"

The boy explained, "I have my reason. It was because the artist who participated in recording the variety show with me that..."

Before he finished speaking, Faye interrupted him coldly, "It's useless for you to explain to me."

He had to explain it to the public who jumped to conclusions by photos.

The boy took a deep breath. He said unwillingly, "But I obviously didn't do anything wrong. Why should I apologize?"

Faye asked, "Do you think you are wronged?"

The boy was silent, but his expression showed acquiescence.

Faye said coolly, "There are lots of people who have been wronged. That's showbiz."

The boy was speechless.

The atmosphere froze in an instant. Faye loosened her hands with fingers crossed at the desk and leaned back to the seat. "You only have two choices now. First, issue a public apology. Second, go to the personnel department to go through the resignation procedures. We'll regard you as an inferior artist."

She spoke mercilessly.

The boy looked at her blankly. He clenched his teeth and kept silent with a pair of red eyes.

The agent answered instantly, "Ms. Nash, we will make an official apology."

Faye looked away from the boy and stared at the agent. "You made a correct choice."

The agent said, "Ms. Nash, I'm sorry to bother you about the follow-up."

Faye gave a nod of assent.

The agent talked to her with a smile for quite a while before pulling the boy's arm and leaving.

Watching them leave, Galen chuckled and said, "Bentley is still young. I heard that he is only 19 years old."

Faye looked up at him and said, "Investigate the artist who recorded variety show with Bentley."

Galen looked puzzled.

Faye raised her eyebrows. "Didn't you get it?"

It dawned on Galen. "Why didn't you tell him directly? If he knows you will help him, maybe..."

Faye interrupted him, "I want to take the edge off his dashing spirit."

Galen was enlightened. "I see."

Bentley was prone to impulsiveness at this age.

If he didn't suffer from minor setbacks, he would definitely come unstuck in a great one in the future.

Galen smiled. "This matter is actually not a big deal, which will not cause much public opinion. Don't announce the investigation result, so that you can frustrate him and teach him an important lesson."

Faye took the cup from the desk and took a sip of the coffee. "I did this to let him draw a lesson, not let him be servile."

Galen didn't know how to answer.

Faye gave a little smile. "It is our responsibility to clear the stigma of artists. It is their obligation to cooperate when dealing with the public relations crisis."

Galen nodded. "You are teaching him to be obedient."

Faye smiled and stood up to wash the coffee cup, without admitting or denying.
