Chapter 654 A Snake and A Wolf
The Farrells raised Colin, which meant cherishing a snake in their bosom.
And for Brandon, Maxwell was like a wolf waiting for an opportunity.
During the years when Colin was in the Farrell family, he concealed his strengths and bided his time.
On the contrary, Maxwell was flamboyant and unruly. He never concealed his ambitions.
Brandon kept an eye on Maxwell but had to put Maxwell in an important position.
Maxwell was like a sharp blade hanging on Brandon's neck. If Brandon was careless, he would be killed.
When Maxwell finished his words, Colin said without any expression, “Let me see what you guys can do.”
Colin said, "Many happy returns."
Maxwell knew Colin was mocking, and then added the words, "Many illnesses return."
When Colin and Maxwell came out of the Farrells' Mansion, Brandon smashed a cup behind them.
The two looked at each other and caught a glimmer of smile in each other's eyes.
After walking out of the mansion, Maxwell took out a cigarette case from his pocket. Then he held a cigarette in his mouth and handed another one to Colin. Maxwell asked, "Have a smoke?"
Colin put his hands in his pockets and replied, "Nope, or I'll be punished."
Hearing this, Maxwell chuckled. He lowered his head, half-held hands against the wind, and lit the cigarette. Then Maxwell took a long pull at his cigarette and looked up at Colin. Maxwell asked, "Do you think Old Mr. Farrell will deal with you or me first?"
Maxwell stood in the draught, and wisps of smoke blew at Colin with the wind.
Colin frowned and avoided the smoke. He replied in a deep voice, "He'll deal with us simultaneously."
Because it was a great hidden danger for Brandon if any of them were still alive.
Especially in this case.
Maxwell said, "Well, even a vicious tiger will not eat its cubs."
Colin said, "You are not Brandon's own son."
Maxwell turned to look at Colin and asked, "Are you sure?"
Colin raised his eyebrows lightly and doubted it.
Maxwell said, "I'll treat you a lunch. Would you like some wine?"
Colin looked down at the watch on his wrist and agreed, "Where to go?"
Maxwell replied, "Well, it's up to you."
Colin said, "No, up to you."
Then Colin walked to the car and knocked on the window to ask Robert to go first.
Robert lowered the car window and glanced at Maxwell not far away. Robert spoke to Colin, "Take care of yourself."
Colin said, "Andy will follow me."
Robert nodded and turned the steering wheel to leave.
After Robert left, Colin turned and got into Maxwell's car.
Maxwell drove the car and teased, "Is your assistant afraid that I will hurt you?"
Colin squinted at Maxwell and said, "I have to be careful. After all, you hurt me before."
