Chapter 661 Lure the Enemy Away From His Base
When Colin received the call from Robert, Colin was standing in front of the floor-to-ceiling window and drinking coffee.
Hearing Robert's business tone, Colin said with a smile, "Let's talk about it when you get back to the company."
Robert said, "Okay, Mr. Farrell."
After hanging up the phone, Colin put his phone in his pocket and mumbled with a bigger smile, "Such a crafty guy."
After more than an hour, Robert appeared in Colin's office.
Colin handed Robert a cup of coffee and asked, "What happened?"
Robert took the coffee, lowered his head, and took a sip. He replied, "I lost my girlfriend and my brother-in-law."
Colin raised his eyebrows lightly and said, "What?"
Robert said truthfully, "Winston was caught."
Colin said, "Tell me in detail."
Robert said, "In order to control me, Brandon asked his men to kidnap Aniston. To ensure Aniston's safety, I proposed to get Winston to be the hostage..."
Robert briefly explained what happened in the Farrells' Mansion.
Colin teased, "You are really Winston's great brother-in-law."
Robert said nothing and drank all the coffee in his cup in one breath.
Colin never put sugar in his coffee, so it was bitter.
After the coffee was taken in, the bitter taste would spread from the tip of the tongue to the throat.
Seeing Robert was silent, Colin asked with a smile, "You had a conflict with Aniston, didn't you?"
Robert put down the empty coffee cup and replied, "I... I kissed her."
Colin squinted and was not surprised. He said, "You're hasty."
Robert didn't refute, "You are right."
Robert thought, "I'm hasty."
"I was too worried that something would happen to her, so the secret hidden in my heart leaked out."
"And I was unable to control myself."
After a few minutes of silence in the office, Robert adjusted his emotions and said, "Brandon asked me to find a way to convince you to sign a foreign trade contract."
Colin raised his eyebrows and asked, "Have you read the contract?"
Robert replied, "Yes."
Then Robert frowned and said, "I didn't find anything wrong just from the contract."
Robert had followed Colin for many years. Robert naturally had a great ability in his position.
Robert said there was nothing wrong with the contract, which meant that the contract was really without problems or it was made flawlessly.
No matter what the situation was, it couldn't be despised.
After finishing words, Robert looked at Colin and asked, "What are we going to do?"
Colin replied, "Sign the foreign trade contract first."
