There seemed to be someone beside him.
Tremaine looked over, and then his head exploded with a buzz.
He saw Qiana.
On the other side of the bed, Qiana was covering her body with a quilt. Her face was full of tears.
"Mr. Tremaine, I know you didn't do it on purpose. Don't worry. I won't tell anyone. No matter Madam Quartley or Montez, I won't say a word. I'll pretend that nothing happened!"
Tremaine looked over, and before he could speak, Qiana had already cried out.
Tremaine's mind was in a mess.
He glanced at himself.
His shirt had been taken off, but his pants were still on, and his belt was loose.
"What the hell is going on?" Tremaine asked.
His voice was very hoarse because of the hangover.
"Nothing, nothing," Qiana shook her head desperately. "Mr. Tremaine, please turn around. I'll get dressed and leave immediately. Just pretend that I've never been here."
Tremaine did not turn his head.
He stared at Qiana and asked, "Tell me, what happened?"
Qiana's lips trembled violently.
She seemed to be trying her best to hold it in, but in the end, she burst into tears.
"Mr. Tremaine, you were drunk yesterday. You were very drunk," Qiana cried. "Madam Quartley asked me to help you in."
"I helped you in. When I was about to go out, you suddenly pushed me to the bed. You kept calling out Miss Cowell's name. You said you missed Miss Cowell very much."
"After that, you began to take off my clothes. I struggled hard, but it was no use. I told you that I was not Miss Cowell, but you still called her name as if you couldn't hear me."
"Later, you, you..." Qiana cried even louder, "You slept with me. No matter how I told you that I was not Miss Cowell, you still saw me as Miss Cowell and slept with me."
"Then, you seemed to have woken up. You stared at me and said that I was not Miss Cowell. You were about to leave. You put on your pants. But before you put on your clothes, you suddenly fell on the bed and fell asleep again!"
Qiana didn't continue. She choked with sobs, as if she had suffered a great grievance.
She looked really pitiful.
Tremaine's mind was in a great mess.
He tried hard to search for his memory of the night before, but he couldn't remember anything at all.
He had no idea what had happened the night before.
At this moment, Tremaine's eyes narrowed.
He saw a puddle of blood on the white sheet.
Tremaine felt as if he was in an ice cave.
Time ticked by.
Tremaine stood there stiffly and said nothing.
Qiana hid in the quilt and got dressed.
Although they had "slept" together, Qiana did not seem to have any thoughts that she should not have. When she was putting on her clothes, she had been in the quilt all the time and did not show her body in front of Tremaine.
After getting dressed, Qiana got out of bed.
She wiped her eyes and said to Tremaine, "Mr. Tremaine, don't worry. I won't tell anyone about what happened last night, even if I die. You don't have to feel guilty or be responsible to me. Just pretend that nothing happened last night!"
After that, Qiana rushed out of the bedroom.
As soon as the bedroom door was opened, she saw a person standing at the door.
