Even though Celine was peeling her away from Amelie, Preslie did not fight back.
There were still a few customers and she didn't want them to see her getting in a fight.
Plus, this was the second store that they planned so hard to open, so she didn't want their reputation to be at risk.
Preslie took a deep breath.
She suggested, "Let's talk outside."
Hearing her reply, Amelia saw a glimmer of hope to their plan.
She immediately said to Celine, "Mom, let's go outside."
Just then, Yesseca came over to them.
Cautiously, she glanced at the three, who were here to cause a ruckus, and then at Preslie. She asked, "Are you okay?"
"Yes, I am alright. Look after the store. I'll talk to them outside."
However, Yesseca hesitated.
She was worried about Preslie being alone, but there were still customers in the store.
Preslie understood Yesseca's thoughts.
She leaned closer to Yesseca and whispered, "Don't worry and take care of the store. I'll take care of the rest."
After that, she walked right out of the store.
Her family followed behind her.
However, she didn't stop when she reached the storefront. Seeing that she was going further and further away, Amelia shouted, "Didn't you say we'll talk outside the store? Where are you going!"
Preslie continued walking.
Seeing this, they wanted to chase her and stop her.
Due to her quickened pace, it took them a while to finally catch up.
By then, they were already quite some distance away from the store.
