"Zorion, do you know how I feel?" Madam Quartley asked.
Zorion didn't seem to understand what she meant.
She sighed.
Forget it!
Why was she even talking to Zorion?!
He couldn't understand.
She then changed the subject, "Zorion, have you seen Yuliana lately?"
Zorion replied, "My dear has been very busy."
Madam Quartley frowned.
She too had heard how busy Yuliana had been.
She was currently obsessed with theater plays and often went to shows with a group of ladies.
She would leave for one every day and come home late at night.
"There's no harm in watching a play." Madam Quartley added, "She's family after all and needs a break every so often."
But then she realized something.
She realized that Yuliana hadn't changed from how she used to be before.
Yuliana lived with them in the Quartley Palace, but she never cared about Zorion.
She never spent time with Zorion at all.
Madam Quartley was upset at this realization.
She thought of Tremaine and Zorion.
Neither of her grandsons had very happy relationships.
But she couldn't do anything about that.
She was already so old.
There were just some things that she had to turn a blind eye to and let things be.
Madam Quartley placed her hand on Zorion's shoulder to comfort him and herself as well. "Zorion, you chose Yuliana to be your wife. So long as you still love her, things will be okay."
Zorion couldn't really understand Madam Quartley and said, "Grandma, I love her. I love her very much."
Yuliana had gone to see a play.
The largest theater in Nashaland was running a classic play this month.
