Athena glanced out the window.
The sunshine was indeed beautiful. She felt comfortable and enjoyed the sun as she walked all the way here from where she had just got off the car.
Her spirits had improved quite a bit.
They walked out of the ward together.
Sally urgently pulled Athena onto the elevator.
For a moment, Athena couldn't tell if Sally was truly injured or pretending!
Sally was very nervous.
If they didn't hurry downstairs, how could she catch Byron in the act?
Since early this morning, Sally had been secretly observing the ward.
Before Athena arrived at the hospital, Byron had wheeled the woman downstairs to sunbathe.
They were currently at the fountain.
"How long are you planning to stay this time?" Athena asked Sally.
Sally hesitated.
If Byron saw Sally in a little while...
Then Sally wouldn't have to think about how long to stay. She could face her death directly.
"Athn!"
Sally stopped in her tracks.
"What's wrong?" Athena asked.
"Promise me first. No matter what happens, you can't tell Byron that I'm back!"
Seeing Sally so serious, Athena thought something big had happened.
So, it was this...
"I know. Not just Byron, but Gideon too, right?" Athena proudly replied.
There had been quite a dramatic affair between Gideon and Sally back then.
"Oh yeah, how could I forget about that guy..." Sally slapped her forehead. "Go ahead to the fountain up ahead and wait for me. I forgot my phone!"
Before Athena could react...
Sally pushed Athena forward and swiftly turned around, running with agility.
Athena was extremely puzzled.
Why did she feel like Sally was even more abnormal than three years ago?
Athena shook her head.
This place truly lived up to being a top private hospital.
The landscape of the garden was also exceptionally beautiful. Even in the midst of winter, it was lush and vibrant, with a patch of delicate blooming flowers.
