Aiden didn't let Jaxson tell Athena the thing about Mia running away from home.
After returning home, Mia bowed his head, apologized to Jaxson, then went to the studio, locked the door, and shut herself inside.
She didn't speak to Aiden and even didn't eat anything. After she was tired from painting, she went to take a bath by herself, went back into bed, and fell asleep. Even she didn't even ask for a bedtime story.
Alice had never seen Mia so sad, sitting on the carpet next to the bed. She was worried.
"Mr. Newton, who did Miss Mia Newton go to see?" Downstairs, Jaxson asked.
He wanted to follow Aiden, but Aiden refused. Jaxson thought about it all afternoon. The more he thought about it, the more he felt something went wrong.
Mia ran away from home. Aiden thought for a while and found out where she went!
"An uncle she knows." Aiden coldly replied, "Jaxson, you better not think about it. Otherwise, you might spill the beans in front of Madam Stella and my mom."
Jaxson was speechless. He was about to ask if was it really good to hide it from others.
Aiden seemed to see through his thoughts. "It's to keep them from being disturbed. Jaxson, Madam Stella's health condition is not as good as before."
Aiden grasped Jaxson's weaknesses precisely. He immediately sat upright. "I know. I won't say anything!"
Aiden wasn't worried about Alice. She could always control herself when it came to her job.
At ten o'clock, Athena drove into the garage. After a while, she walked out of the elevator exhausted.
Seeing Aiden, she was stunned for a moment. "Aiden, why aren't you asleep yet?"
"I ate too much in the evening and feel stuffed." Aiden replied with a normal expression, "Mom, you look very tired."
"It's the last few days. After the plan is finished, I will be on vacation!" Athena walked over, hugged Aiden, and rubbed her cheek against him, "Is your sister asleep?"
"Yes." Aiden was silent for a while. "Mom, I want to take my sister back to my uncle."
"Yes?" Athena raised her head and looked at Aiden puzzled. "Why?"
