George didn't like soup since he was a child. So his grandma often beat him for this reason.
Athena knew very well why George went to buy soup.
"I contacted a few leukemia experts who can go to Mailand in the next two days." George put the soup in front of Athena, unpacked the takeaway package, took out a spoon, and put it on the soup plate. "I sent them the current inspection reports of Aiden, and their feedback is positive. Aiden will cure except for suffering from some medical treatment."
"George, thank you." Athena was in a daze today. It was George who handled everything.
"I'm Aiden's uncle." George replied, "By the way, you haven't told Byron yet?"
Athena shook her head. "Before that, there is one more thing to settle."
"Well, I told him and let him come for a match. The chances of a successful match between relatives are even higher." George crushed the pie that went with the soup.
Athena gazed at George's wrist and frowned. "Is there blood on your wrist?"
"This one?" George glanced at it and pulled off his cuff to hide it. "A wild cat scratched me when I was teasing it. Don't worry. I've gotten a rabies shot."
"If you like kittens, just keep one. No need to stop keeping pets for Aiden." Athena said helplessly.
"It's not all because of Aiden. I travel all over the world three hundred days a year, and the kitten is lonely by itself." George said and urged, "Hurry up and eat the soup. It won't taste good when it gets cold."
Athena nodded.
Athena picked up the spoon and took two mouthfuls mechanically.
After that, the two talked less.
Seeing Athena finish the seafood soup, George packed up the package. "Go and rest. I'm leaving."
"Be careful when driving."
