Athena didn't finish her words.
Byron suddenly leaned over and kissed her again.
Athena said, "You..."
Before she could finish speaking, she was kissed again.
"Byron!"
Another kiss.
Athena was speechless.
"Now that we're alone, you have no reason not to let me kiss you, right?" Byron smiled and asked when he saw her speechless.
Athena looked at him.
How should she put it?
She couldn't resist Byron's face.
Moreover, Byron was like the weather in midwinter before, but now... he seemed to have suddenly walked out of the cold winter and become bright.
"What did Rose say to you? You are acting like you had a shot of adrenaline?" Athena asked.
Byron reached out and embraced her.
Athena sighed helplessly.
She was about to say something.
But Byron spoke first, "Guess where I just went?"
"Where did you go?" Athena asked.
She was genuinely curious.
"To Lakin," Byron replied.
"What were you doing there? Catching rabbits?"
"The butler called and said that Mia's painting, the one about Jesus, was stolen," Byron spoke with a smile that couldn't be wiped away.
Athena was shocked. "You're laughing? The painting is missing! Mia spent a long, long time on that painting..."
"It's not missing," Byron gently interrupted, "Mia painted another painting and secretly replaced it."
