Jerry subconsciously looked at Forrest.
"If you told Alivia his existence, she would have given him a sum of money so that he could have got a good education and grown up well," Athena said indignantly. "However, what did you do? You made him live a different life. Because you couldn't get any money from him, you let him be homeless and uneducated. In the end, he turned out to be who he is now. Aren't you ashamed?"
Jerry was stunned suddenly.
He had never thought about what Athena said.
"Just now, I even felt a little guilty towards Eddy for a while.
After all, it was my dead father who caused this series of tragedies.
But I didn't expect myself to be one of the victims," he thought.
"He deserves it. As the son of a sinner, he deserves to be punished!" Forrest said loudly.
He seemed to think that the louder his voice was, the more reasonable he was.
After hearing this, Jerry sneered, "Why? I did nothing in the chemical plant accident. I wasn't the one who discharged sewage or stole money from the victimized villagers! Moreover, I wasn't even the one who the fucking was going to kill the kid today. I did nothing wrong. Why do I deserve to be punished? It's you, the thief, and him, the murderer, who deserve it!"
After Jerry finished shouting, he glared at Forrest with a pale face and said, "It's true that I'm an idler, but I stand upright. I haven't harmed anyone. I have a clear conscience. What about you, old man?"
Forrest stood there, his body trembling.
He almost fell to the ground.
He subconsciously wanted to hold on to Eddy's arm.
However, Eddy avoided him.
Forrest almost fell but stood still while supporting his hand on the wall. Then he looked at Eddy in shock. "Eddy?"
