Yana looked very calm. She stared at him and said, "It's been a few months now!" These few words were as light as a greeting.
Aaron suddenly burst into laughter and looked at her with a very sardonic look. "Why?"
"No reason, Aaron. Well all be nothing more than strangers eventually." Yana spoke with such nonchalance. It was as if she was greeting us.
Aaron lowered his head. He seemed to be grinning, but it felt ridiculous. After a while, he couldn't control his emotions and walked up to the man.
Before the man could react, he raised his fist and punched him. He was too angry, to the extent that he couldn't summon up enough strength, so his blows landed lightly.
I thought that Yana would at least try to stop him or scream for mercy, but she didn't do anything. She just stood by, watching the two men fight.
Hendrix pulled me behind him to protect me. He watched everything unfold, a look of indifference on his face.
Afraid that Aaron was about to kill the man, I frowned and opened my mouth to stop him, but then Yana spoke.
"Aaron, let him go. If you are angry, you can lash out at me. It's not his fault."
Aaron stopped and looked back at her. He slowly walked to Yana, with fury burning in his eyes and said with some difficulty, "What the hell do you want?"
