Sebastian squinted his eyes slightly at me, "You really did lose weight. I heard that your daughter had an accident recently. If you need any help, please let us know!"
"That's right, Arianna. You can't shoulder everything alone." Naomi nodded as well.
I smiled and agreed, "Okay!"
Sebastian took a sip of juice. His eyes were fixated on me the whole time, "I heard that your daughter needs a kidney and bone marrow transplant. It's not easy to find a suitable donor. Have you found someone?"
"Clang!" As soon as he finished speaking, Wendy's bowl dropped to the ground and shattered into pieces. She stood up and apologized. Naomi helped her to clean up.
"I'm fine. It's no big deal!" Wendy said as she wiped the spilt soup off her clothes.
Judging from how pale her face looked, she seemed to know something about Sebastian. I couldn't help feeling a little intrigued at this point.
After cleaning up, everyone sat down. Naomi looked at me and said, "Kidney donors are not easy to find, especially a matching one." As she said this, she glanced at Sebastian and asked, "Can you think of a way?"
Sebastian looked at me and said, "We have to think of a way."
"Is there really a way?" Naomi was a little anxious. She stared at Sebastian and waited for his answer. Sebastian raised his eyebrows and looked back at me, "Let's eat. After we have our meal, well talk."
Naomi thought for a moment and said, "You're right. Let's eat first!"
I looked at Wendy and reached out to hold her hand. I couldn't help but be surprised when I touched her hand. Although the weather in Jarold City was cold, there were heaters in the room, so it wasn't possible for her hands to still be freezing cold.
