Freya's words were... brutal!
Eunice's face turned red upon hearing her words. After a long time, she glared at Freya and rebuked, "What does it have to do with you whether I'm worth it or not? It's none of your business!"
Freya chuckled and ignored her. "It's really none of my business. Let's go!"
After the incident, we could not continue eating. Freya dragged Shirley and me out of the restaurant and muttered, "The world is crawling with strange people nowadays. They have weird views, yet they don't allow judgments. How ridiculous."
Then, she turned back to look at me and frowned. "Wait, where did you meet this weirdo? D*mn, she was so annoying."
I paused for a moment and stared at her. I forced a smile and said, "Have you forgotten? She was a service staff in your nightclub. Aaron and I got to know her from there. Later, I introduced her to work at Sawyer's company, but it didn't take her long to hook up with Aaron."
Freya was astonished before she replied, "D*mn it, I can't remember. It's been so many years. I don't remember anything about it at all. That's a surprise."
We went straight to the mall after leaving the restaurant. Once the two women started shopping, they completely forgot about everything that happened. After a round of shopping, the trunk of the car was full.
I was so tired that I sat down at the rest area on the first floor to wait for them to finish shopping.
Not long after, I saw a man dragging Eunice by her hair towards the outside of the mall. He was rough, and Eunice's hair was disheveled.
"Please let go of me. I was wrong. I won't do it again. Please, I'll give you all the money. Let me go!" Eunice pleaded.
However, the man didn't intend to stop at all. Instead, he acted more violently. "You would do anything for money, right?"
The man's dirty words were really unpleasant, and his loud voice attracted the attention of others. Looking at this scene, an older woman came forward to stop him. "Young man, what's the problem? You can't do this to a girl!"
The man roared, "She hooked up with all kinds of men and spread the disease to me. It was all her fault. She knows she's dirty, yet she still chose to run around hooking up with other people. I am already being very kind to her."
Eunice was thrown onto the ground. She looked a mess. Staring up at the man, she sobbed in torment. "No, it's not me. It's your own fault. I am not sick. They were all rich people. They wouldn't do that. It's you who should be blamed! You're the one who slept with all kinds of women. It's your fault!"
"Thump!" The man's slap was a sharp rebuke. Eunice was dizzy and blood was oozing out from the corner of her mouth.
"You dare accuse me? You were the one who went to the nightclub to sleep with those men while still being with Reid, if not, would you have gotten this disease? Do you think that rich people will never get diseases? They do, they just won't tell you. But you're so greedy that you would even target old men in their sixties or seventies, for the sake of tens of thousands of dollars. Who would believe you when you say you don't have it?"
