Hendrix squinted his eyes and stood there looking at her coldly. He then took a deep breath. He had an imposing aura around him.
He didn't speak, but then again, he didn't need to. Everything was confirmed in silence.
Jennifer looked at him for a moment and faintly knew what the answer was. She then began laughing madly. "Karma, karma! Who would have known?!"
From her reaction, it seemed that she had been waiting for this day for a very long time.
Nathan prided himself from being a part of a distinguished family. After discovering Hendrix's defects, he abandoned him without even blinking. But now, he had been betrayed by his own children, who had superior genes. Was this the result of his 'perfect' education that followed the rule of survival of the fittest?
All of them had abandoned him at this crucial time.
Hendrix carefully observed her. After a while, he turned towards Evan and said, "Let's go to the Marshall family villa out in the west."
Hearing this, Jennifer, who was still looking quite smug, suddenly became agitated. "What do you plan to do? How do you know about that place?"
She roared hysterically. Even though she was in such a sorry state, her entire being seemed quite sinister.
Hendrix, however, remained indifferent. He calmly turned to look at Evan and motioned for him to take her away.
