Hendrix raised his hand to pat her head and said softly, "Stay here and take care of mommy for me."
"No!" Aurelia pouted and frowned. "I want to go outside. Uncle Aaron used to bring me to his workplace. You're so mean. I don't like you, daddy!"
As she said this, she stomped her feet and turned around in anger. Her arms were crossed in front of her chest, looking like a tiny angry adult. She looked very amusing.
Hendrix looked up at Aaron in the distance. He looked quite helpless and sad. He probably thought that Aaron had spoiled his daughter, so he would have to dote on her more to regain her favor.
Aaron, the culprit of this quarrel, watched the fun and added more fuel to fire, saying, "Aurelia, you'd better not embarrass your daddy. Not everyone loves you as much as I do..."
Before he could finish speaking, Emma pinched him on the arm. She said with some disgust, "Why are you all over the place? Hendrix is her actual father. Don't cause any trouble."
Aaron gasped, but said stubbornly, "I could be a father! Why don't you work hard to create another baby with me?"
"Stop!" Emma covered his mouth with her palm, "You can have one by yourself. I don't want to experience childbirth again."
Aaron approached her with a chuckle and tried to appease her, "Don't say that. It'd be nice to have a daughter! She'd be cute like Aurelia. She can be your little princess and you won't be the only woman in the house anymore, so you won't be bored anymore."
Emma rolled her eyes at him and said, "Is that why I'm bored?"
"What else?" Aaron looked innocent.
"I..." Emma was about to throw another punch at him, but then she seemed to have thought of something and instantly deflated like a balloon, "Forget it. You wouldn't understand. Anyway, give up on having a daughter!"
