"Raiya was killed by Stanley's men!"
I roared and glared at him with a ruthless look. "I recognized the gun that the kid was holding. Did you think that if you don't tell me, I wouldn't know about it?"
Jordan's neck stiffened. Obviously, he never expected me to figure out the truth. He was taken aback and speechless.
I sneered and struggled again. "Let go of me. Don't touch me with those merciless hands of yours. I feel disgusted!"
However, Jordan didn't move at all. He didn't let me go nor say a word. It was like he had turned into a rock.
After a while, he sighed as if he was tired. "What can I do to make you forget those things?"
"Nothing," I blurted out.
"It has to be resolved, and you can't leave me. There will always be a knot in your heart, and it's not good for you or me. Whatever you say, I'll do it without hesitation," Jordan replied calmly.
The knot in my heart was revolving around Raiya. How could I just forget?
Hendrix did say that we have to seek revenge for Raiya, and if Raiya died in the hands of Stanley's men, then so be it. I'll push him to death by the hands of Stanley as well!
"Unless you get rid of Stanley and stop doing these cruel things from now on. I know you can do it. You must have a clean business." I shut my eyes and did as I pleased to push his limits.
With me by his side, Stanley almost took his life. This time, if he chose to leave this criminal group, what would the outcome be?
Jordan's handsome face turned cold, and the grip on my arms loosened. His gaze was hazy for a second, and he didn't answer immediately.
