I shook my head. "It's the second time you did this. I suspect that you intend to use violence in front of me. What are you hinting at?"
He took off his jacket and threw it on the sofa. He leaned his slender body down on the sofa. He slouched and replied, "It was an accident. I lost control of myself. I'll be more careful next time."
I was speechless.
He ordered a few more glasses of wine as the waiter cleaned up the mess. He stared at me and added, Tve also discovered that you're a busybody."
Me? A busybody?
"When have I ever meddled with other people's business?" I responded. I never thought of myself as someone who liked getting into people's business.
He gulped down the wine. He raised his eyebrows and said, "Look, that lady has been glancing at you a few times now."
Surprised, I turned my head slightly to look at who he was referring to. I noticed that the girl who was beaten just now had not left yet and she was standing blankly by the table. It seemed like she was waiting for the manager.
I puckered my lips. I glimpsed at Aaron and pointed out, "There's nothing I can help her with."
"You thought you were helping her just now, but in fact, you've just caused her more trouble!" A voice sounded from behind me out of nowhere, scaring me a little.
Suddenly, a gorgeous woman sat down next to me. She looked to be a flamboyant and aggressive type of person.
I was shocked for a moment before greeting her, "Nice to meet you!"
The woman glanced at me and said disdainfully, "I'm Freya, what's your name?"
Could she be Freya Moore?
As in Freya Moore - Master Moore's youngest daughter and Pedro's younger sister?
