My Pretty Sweetheart novel Chapter 524

Hendrix was a cold- hearted person. The responsibility he bore on Andrea was greater than anything else. He looked at her and asked coldly, "What do you want?"

Andrea did not expect him to be indifferent. She gasped and her face turned pale, "Take me to my mother."

I was even more surprised than Andrea. Valerie is her own mother. Why does she need Hendrix's help?

Hendrix seemed calm, so he said, "Okay."

He looked at her indifferently and said, "Austin will take care of you, do not come if there is nothing important in the future."

Andrea's face was pale as a ghost, and her eyes were filled up with tears. After a long moment, she nodded and said, "Okay!"

There were obvious traces of tremor in her voice.

"It's getting late, Arianna and I will be busy later. You can go back first if there is nothing else," Hendrix spoke without emotions at all.

This was an order for her to leave.

I understood the meaning behind, and so did

Andrea.

"Okay!" She gave a one-word answer again. She turned around with a sad and miserable look in her eyes.

Seeing her out of the villa, I pursed my lips and seemed to see myself in the past, "Hendrix, are you this heartless to every woman?"

His black eyes gazed at me. "Not to you!"

I did not say anything further, but I still wanted to get an answer to that question, "Why does Andrea need you to take her to Valerie?"

What happened to the both of them?

Hendrix's eyes darkened as he looked at me, "Have you thought of looking for your biological parents?"

I paused for a moment and asked, "How did you manage to jump the topic so fast?"

He frowned and didn't say much. He continued, "Answer my question."

I thought for a moment before answering him, "I would be lying if I said I don't want to, but it's been so many years, I don't know if we can get along well if I see them again. You never get a second chance to meet someone. They probably didn't think about looking for me when they left me. So, to be honest and cruel, I wouldn't want to look for them anymore."
