My Pretty Sweetheart novel Chapter 562

Hendrix looked up at him with raised eyebrows, "Keep quiet if you don't want to watch!"

Austin was speechless.

After the plane took off, Austin probably felt bored, so he turned on the video and glanced sideways at me. He asked, "What drama are you guys watching?"

Hendrix didn't wait for me to speak.

"My Love from the Star," he just immediately replied.

Austin was truly at a loss for words.

"Falling in love with an alien, wouldn't the ending be sad?" He murmured, but still typed the drama title into the search bar.

Perhaps it was because I was watching a drama, so the trip felt much shorter than when I was flying out alone. More than ten hours later, we were about to reach Ucrebury.

As I watched the scene where the male lead was leaving, I burst into tears and I began to feel sad watching the drama.

Hendrix handed me a tissue and consoled me, "Don't worry. They'll be together in the end."

I looked up at him, my eyes a little red and asked, "How do you know that?"

He lifted his eyebrows, "Most drama have endings like this."

I...

I was at a loss for words.

We finally arrived at the Ucrebury airport.

When we left the airport, dawn was already breaking. We had spent our entire journey watching the drama, so I was extremely sleepy.

Hendrix had arranged for a chauffeur for us in advance. I was in such a sleepy daze when I got in the car. Hendrix hugged me and signaled me to sleep at ease.

I didn't even know how or when we arrived at Flora Hill.

I woke up the next day.

When I did, Hendrix was not by my side, so there was no longer any warmth under the blanket.

I got out of bed and washed up.

When I went downstairs, I noticed that Minnie was busy while the weather in Ucrebury had started to warm up. The sun had risen at about seven in the morning.

"Arianna, you're awake. Breakfast is ready. Eat it while it's still hot." Minnie seemed to be in a good mood as she hummed while wiping the table.

I ate a few mouthfuls, feeling my appetite that morning was pretty good.
