Evan was following me from behind. It was a little awkward to see him whenever I turned around. I said, "I can walk by myself. You can go to work first!"
He shook his head. "I can be your guide."
I smiled and couldn't help but laugh. Whether it was him or Hendrix following me, there wasn't much of a difference.
Suddenly, I saw someone familiar standing at the entrance of the photoshoot set. When I recognized who it was, I couldn't help laughing. I stepped forward and walked up to her. "Kelsey!"
She seemed to have become more capable after not seeing her for four years.
Upon seeing me, she was more surprised than I had imagined. Without waiting for my reaction, she walked forward and hugged me excitedly. "What's going on? Where have you been all these years? Why didn't you leave a message or a call? You deleted all of your contacts, you..."
"I'm back!" I said with a small smile. I had left four years ago and changed all my contacts.
If it weren't for someone determined to get to the bottom of the matter, it would be very difficult to
find me.
Kelsey Parker took a moment to calm down. She was surprised when she saw Evan following behind me. She looked at me and asked, "Mr. Roberts brought you here?"
I nodded. "I came out here to relax. Just in time! You can take me with you." I looked back at Evan and smiled. "Evan, can Kelsey bring me around instead?"
Evan could not say anything else. He only nodded and said, "Then I won't bother you anymore. Mrs. Roberts, if there's anything else, please contact me anytime."
Seeing that he was gone for a distance, I looked at Kelsey with a smile. "Thank goodness you showed up, or I would have been watched like a monkey."
She nodded and said with a smile, "Evan is one of Mr. Roberts's most trusted men. With him following you so respectfully, it would also attract a lot of attention. Let's go, I'll take you for a walk."
