My Pretty Sweetheart novel Chapter 878

I changed into the swimsuit and walked out of the locker room and found him waiting for me at the rest area. When he saw me, he couldn't help but look stunned.

With a glance at me, he said, "It's a great pleasure to see how good this outfit looks on you."

"Thank you!" It was my first time wearing a blue swimsuit.

He smiled and motioned to me, "Can you swim?"

I shook my head. Hendrix had taken me swimming a few times in the open-air swimming pool in the villa in Jarold City, but I basically walked underwater while holding onto the armrest by the pool. The pool was 1.5 meters deep, so I was able to stand in the pool and support myself by clinging onto the side of the pool.

If I left the armrest, I would need some time to learn how to swim on my own.

"I don't mind being a teacher today!" He said as he reached out his hand to me.

His remark caught me off guard. I looked at the swimming pool and found that the water was shallow. Most of whom were in the pool were children while a few adults sat by the poolside, watching over the kids.

"They are all children. Isn't it inappropriate for us to go into the pool?" I said.

He smiled and said, "It's great that there are kids around. Since they don't know how to swim either, you won't feel as pressured when learning how to swim."

What he said was right. If everyone knew how to swim, it would be embarrassing for me to be learning to swim alone in the pool.

Most of the children weren't capable swimmers just yet, so they all had floaties on them as they learned how to keep themselves afloat.

After thinking for a while, I said, "I'll swim by myself!"

Now that I was there, I wanted to have a good time.

He smiled, but he didn't try to force me to do anything I didn't want to.

I took a floatie and went into the water. The water was about 1.2 meters deep, so it was quite shallow and looked to be possible for me to swim by myself.

It was just that I was like a parched duck in the water. To me, even shallow water was something I had reason to be fearful of.
