Then, with a bang, Eudora felt a pain in her back and she blacked out.

The last thing she heard before she fainted was Naomi's anxious voice.

"Mom!"

Meanwhile, Amos noticed that Eudora had been out for a very long time and hadn't returned yet.

Just as he was about to go looking for her, he heard Naomi's voice.

Everyone was startled. They put everything aside and bolted towards the woods.
