Rudolf walked in carrying an elegant, high-end gift box. "Sir, Ms. Lansbury's dress is ready. Should I have someone deliver it?"

Herbert glanced at the box.

"Leave it here. I'll take it to her myself."

He checked his watch. It wasn't too late to head over to the Yelchin estate and join her for lunch.

Rudolf nodded and set the box down. "Mr. Yelchin just left. We didn't try to stop him."

"Ignore him," Herbert said dismissively.

"Understood," Rudolf replied.

In the past, whenever Fairfax visited, everyone at Farley Group had treated him with the utmost respect. Now, no one gave him the time of day.

Thinking about Herbert's obvious feelings for Starla, Rudolf couldn't help but sigh. "I wonder when Ms. Lansbury will finally cut ties with Mr. Yelchin completely."

A dark, dangerous look crossed Herbert's eyes at the mention of their lingering marriage. He clearly wanted Fairfax out of the picture as soon as possible.
