Janina took the file and looked through it, her shock growing with every page.
When it seemed like Janina was almost finished, Kenneth finally spoke.
"According to my research, Jensen had a good reputation at Mercy General Hospital. Three years ago, New Vista Medical Center poached him with a high salary. After he arrived, he did indeed boost business for New Vista's obstetrics department. His skills were excellent; everyone called him a miracle worker in obstetrics."
Kenneth's tone shifted. "However, there have also been quite a few problems with the mothers and infants who have undergone his surgeries."
Janina closed the file, a suspicion forming in her mind. She looked up and asked.
"Are you saying that Jensen tampered with the surgeries he performed on those mothers?"
Kenneth nodded.
"I found one of the women involved. According to her, she gave birth at New Vista Medical Center two years ago, and Jensen performed her surgery. But the baby was stillborn, the cause of death being asphyxiation from the umbilical cord wrapped around its neck."
Kenneth's serious expression held a hint of helplessness.
"Normally, things like this are common in hospitals. But I found that nine other mothers had similar issues—their babies were born with various problems, and the families had no choice but to let them go. I've already contacted some of them to see if I can find any leads."
Kenneth was certain Jensen was up to something because of his staggering net worth.
From what he knew, Jensen's monthly salary was around 30,000 dollars, and even with bonuses, his average monthly income was less than 50,000 dollars.
Yet, in just three years, he had purchased properties worth tens of millions and luxury cars worth millions.
Not only that, but he had also bought property for his mistress.
Thinking of this, Kenneth opened his phone and sent a few photos to Janina.
"Take a look. This woman is Jensen's mistress."
Janina opened her phone. The photo showed a tall woman with a heart-shaped face and an excellent figure, the type of woman no man could resist.
"Do you know where she lives?" Janina asked.
