The three of them saw Eileen leave with the man and immediately followed.
The club was a labyrinth. After a few twists and turns, they found themselves in a hallway.
It was crowded with people—some smoking, some chatting, some couples locked in passionate kisses.
It was a common sight in a place like this; nothing was too shocking.
They watched as Eileen and the man entered a private room.
Now they were stuck.
The rooms were soundproof and private. Finding out what was happening inside would be difficult.
Maggie crossed her arms. "What else could a man and a woman be doing in a private room? It's pretty obvious."
Wendy Clifford nodded. "I agree. Did you see how she handled those men? She's clearly a pro."
But something felt off to Janina. Eileen was a regular in the nightlife scene. She must have seen all kinds of men—rich ones, handsome ones. Why, of all people, would she choose Jensen?
He wasn't even the wealthiest.
The man Eileen had just gone in with was wearing a watch worth millions. Could it be that she wasn't exclusively kept by Jensen?
"There's something more to Eileen," Janina mused. "I can't put my finger on it, but my gut tells me she's not just some woman obsessed with men and money."
Maggie sensed something unusual was afoot. Her mind raced, connecting the dots between Eileen, Jensen, and the playboy from before.
She beckoned them closer. As Janina and Wendy leaned in, Maggie whispered, "I have a way to get into that room. Wendy, I'll need you to back me up. Nina, it's best if Eileen doesn't see you, in case she recognizes you."
Janina understood immediately and nodded. "Okay, let's hit the restroom and change our look first."
