Jordan marched over to Deborah and Mandy, his face dark as a storm cloud, and demanded answers in a low, dangerous tone.

Jordan turned to the officers. "Officers, these two took advantage of me being out at a business dinner to bully my wife. They beat her so severely that she's in the emergency room right now."
