Chapter 1175
Hearing that, lan was silent for a long moment.
He had been bracing himself for some serious, unsolvable problem, only to realize it was just about
picking a name.
He hadn’t expected that.
“Miss Aurora, I didn’t think leaving Walton Corporation would make you this witty.” Ian teased lightly
now that the two of them were closer, more like friends.
“I’ve always been this way,” Aurora replied easily. “You just never noticed before. At the company, of course I had to keep up appearances.”
“Alright then.” Ian’s tone turned thoughtful. “Miss Aurora, may I ask–what’s your best friend’s name?”
“She’s Megan,” Aurora said, puzzled. “Why do you want to know that?”
Ian sounded almost conspiratorial. “Well, since the studio will be the two of you working together, the
name should come from both of you.”
Megan instantly waved her hands. “No, no, no. Aurora, the name shouldn’t have me in it. You’re the one
who came up with this, you’re the one working hard. I’m just tagging along–it wouldn’t be right.”
“How is that not right?”
Aurora looked straight at her. “We’ve been friends since childhood. That bond means more than
anything. Or… are you saying it doesn’t matter to you at all?”
“Of course not!” Megan shot back without hesitation.
“You’ve always been the most important person to me. I’ve wanted to share everything with you. In my eyes, you’ve been family all along.”
Aurora felt a rush of warmth at her words. She had always known, of course–but hearing Megan say it
out loud was different. It struck her in a way that couldn’t be ignored.
She had been right about Megan. Together, they really could build something strong.
“Then there you go.” Aurora smiled. “If we’re family, why fuss over the name? This is our studio–yours
and mine.”
“But…” Megan still hesitated.
She had always thought of herself as nothing more than a slacker–never the type to dream about starting a studio.

Most days, her only goal was just getting by.
But now everything had changed.
Aurora had pulled her onto the right path, and Megan didn’t even know what to say anymore.
Ian, listening from the other end of the line, caught it all.
He could tell just how deep the bond between the two women ran.
And with that kind of closeness, there was no need to hesitate.
