Divorce Failed My Wife's Secret Identities Shock the World novel Chapter 315

Renfield cleared his throat, cutting her off. "Enough. This isn't the place for that."

"The first rule in the student handbook is clear—no fighting, for any reason, on campus."

"Maeve, you injured Leah. You need to give a reasonable explanation."

The office door suddenly swung open.

Andres walked in—surrounded by Murray Hans and a line of men in black, the kind of group that didn't ask permission to enter anywhere.

Renfield's presence visibly wilted. His expression went tight and wrong. "M-Mr. White… why are you here?"

Andres was in a tailored suit, tall and striking, the kind of man who stole attention without trying. He strolled in with effortless composure, a faint smile on his lips that never reached his eyes.

"I heard my girl got bullied at school," Andres said mildly. "Locked in a restroom. Smeared with rumors. Mr. Yates—true?"

My girl?

Everyone went silent in their own way—including Maeve, still lounging on the sofa twirling her pen.

Andres was only a few years older than her. He was talking like she was twelve.

Tommy Ford lived in the music world and didn't mingle much with business circles. Even when he did, he'd never met Andres and didn't know who he was—only that the man had a terrifying presence and a face that looked unfairly perfect.

Tommy Ford demanded, "Who the hell are you?"

Andres glanced at him. "Maeve's guardian."

Her legal husband, in truth. And her problems were his problems.

He walked straight to Maeve. "Something happened at school and you didn't call me?"

Mateo had been the one to contact him—telling him Maeve had gotten into a fight and was being held at school.
