Five Years Wasted Now They Beg Her Back novel Chapter 307

On a rainy night, on a muddy mountain road.

Lilian was running barefoot, her feet bleeding, but she didn't dare to stop.

Where would she go?

Back to the Hart family?

No, her three useless brothers could barely save themselves. Her eldest brother, Cassian Hart, had been disgraced in academia and was now a hopeless alcoholic; Lucian was in prison; and her third brother, Dorian Hart, had long since cut all ties with her.

Find Ethan?

That loser couldn't even support himself now.

A figure flashed through her mind.

Julian.

The man who was currently the acting CEO of the Clarke family and who hated Damien to his core.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Two hours later, at Julian's private villa.

Julian was at his wit's end over a broken supply chain, drinking himself into a stupor.

"Who is it?"

Hearing a knock, he cautiously grabbed a wine bottle.

The door opened.

A woman covered in mud and reeking of filth stood in the doorway, rainwater dripping from her tangled hair.

Julian frowned. "Where did this beggar come from? Get out!"

"Mr. Clarke, it's me."

The woman lifted her head. "I'm Lilian."

Julian froze for a moment, then recoiled in disgust. "You escaped from the mental hospital? Get lost, don't bring me any trouble!"

"I can be useful."

Lilian gripped the doorframe. "I know Damien's weakness. And I know how to destroy Grace."

At the mention of those two names, Julian paused.

"You do?"

"I know all of Grace's secrets," Lilian said, her eyes glinting with venom. "And I know that her research project abroad actually has a fatal data flaw…"

"If you take me in and give me something to eat, I'll help you bring that bitch down."
