"Serena!" Catherine cried, abandoning all her aristocratic poise. She sprinted forward in her heels and pulled Serena into a crushing hug. Catherine cupped Serena's face, looking her over with deep heartache. "My darling, you've lost weight! Was the food terrible over there? I knew it, all they eat is cold salads!"
