But Logan completely ignored her and rushed straight out into the rain.
Theresa was stunned.
Why was Logan so worried upon hearing that Elena was missing? Did he have feelings for her?
Wow!
That jerk was secretly crushing on her best friend right under her nose!
Theresa felt a little annoyed, but now wasn't the time to dwell on that.
She was incredibly worried about Elena too. She called her driver over and headed out to join the search.

"Dylan, I've got it. Miss Whelan was taken to the docks by a group of guys."
"I'm heading to the docks right now!" Dylan said, immediately getting into his car.
He suddenly turned back to George and said, "You stay here and gather some backup."
"Dylan, you should wait until I get our men together. It's too dangerous to go alone."
"Elena is the one in danger right now. Every second I delay puts her at greater risk. How can I wait? Just do as I said and bring our guys. It's going to be a tough fight tonight!"
With that, Dylan got in, and the car sped off.
George stood there, clenching his fists in confusion.
Was he really willing to throw his life away for her?
The storm raged on.
The heavy rain washed over the entire city. The heavy rain had reclaimed the city, leaving the asphalt slick and abandoned, save for the occasional blur of headlights cutting through the deluge.
In the dead of night, a black Rolls-Royce was parked on the side of the road.
The man inside rolled down the window, and a figure dressed in black, holding an umbrella, walked up to him.
The man asked, "How did it go?"
"Just as you instructed, we leaked the clue to Dylan's men. Dylan is currently on his way to the docks!"
"Excellent. Let him experience the feeling of being crippled all over again!"
The subordinate asked hesitantly, "Should we spare his life?"
