The Prison-Made Queen novel Chapter 69

Judie had rushed over the moment she found out. "Dr. Sloan, how long will you be abroad?"

"About a week," Leilani replied calmly, checking the flight board. Due to the unpleasantness at the sanatorium that morning, her mood remained flat. Not sad, just disappointed.

"A week? That's a bit long," Judie pouted. "When you get back, we have to go shopping! I found a delicious dessert shop!"

She had planned to bring her mother and aunt to Leilani's clinic, but that would have to wait.

Leilani looked at her helplessly and was about to speak when suddenly—

"Ahhh! Clive Sloan!"

Screams erupted from a distance as a mob of fans holding light signs and banners swarmed the VIP exit, blocking the path instantly.

Leilani frowned, stepping aside instinctively.

Judie stood on her tiptoes. "Wow, it's Clive Sloan! The top-tier actor who's super famous right now!"

Hearing the name, Leilani's eyes turned cold. Clive, her biological brother. And the person in the Sloan family who made his disgust for her the most obvious.

Leilani looked at Clive surrounded by fans, a mocking smile on her lips.
