The Wife You Buried Is Back from Hell novel Chapter 1277

Paula stood rooted to the spot, her chest heaving, her face ashen.

She glared at Raffy, still shielded by Danielle, the hatred in her eyes practically overflowing.

Just then, Raffy, who had been hiding behind Danielle, suddenly looked up.

He bit his pale lips, his eyes red and his small face filled with terror and pleading.

He looked directly at Bianca, his voice thick and nasal, but clear.

“Grandma, I’m so sorry. I know I was wrong.”

That one word, “Grandma,” was like a feather brushing against Bianca's heart.

She looked at the boy before her, so thin he was almost unrecognizable.

His large eyes were brimming with tears, a pitiful sight that slowly merged with the memory of him as a toddler, cuddling in her lap.

Over the years, though she never said it, she had truly cared for this child.

Danielle had raised him, after all.

How could she really be so heartless?

Bianca’s expression softened, the tight line of her mouth relaxing slightly.

She turned away, avoiding Raffy’s gaze, the chill in her voice fading.

“It’s good that you know you were wrong.”

Danielle let out a sigh of relief and gently patted Raffy’s back.

Alexander held her hand.

Only Paula let out a piercing, cold laugh as she watched the scene unfold.

Her gaze swept over Danielle and Raffy, then landed on Bianca, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

“A doting mother spoils the child! Just you wait. You're raising an ingrate! A leopard can’t change its spots, and he’s got Millie’s blood in his veins!”
