The day after the accident Camille wakes up sore from the blows suffered the day before, even she didn't even know how her little sister was, much less that Brett was dead, her belly hurt, she had a hard time straightening up, and she was still feeling the effects. from the anesthesia, her head was not quite right, the nurse who was taking care of her approaches trying to calm her down.
“Calm down, Mrs. Camille, do you remember what happened?” she tells him as she lifts her pillow so Camille can straighten up a bit.
“Yes, of course, if I remember everything, where is Carolain, how is she?”  Camille despairs for her sister
“She is fine, she has some fractures in her extremities, but she is out of danger, in the afternoon we will bring her so that she can talk to her.”
“And Brett, that scoundrel?”
“Ma'am, if it's the man who was driving, he passed away” Camille, as usual, puts her hands on her belly, the only thing that encouraged her at that moment was feeling her daughter, she had resisted everything for her, but her heart feels empty when she looks down and sees her almost flat belly.
“My baby where is my baby?” The nurse remains silent, while she stares at her with anguish
“Where IS MY DAUGHTER?” Camille begins to scream desperately as she rips off the cables she had in her arms- the nurse tries to calm her down and just at that moment the doctor in charge enters.
“Camille please, calm down, your baby did not resist the accident, we are very sorry”  When the doctor said that to Camille, her world fell apart immediately, she felt her heart stop beating, her breathing stopped and she passed out, The news of the loss of her daughter had devastated her, a thousand times she would have preferred to die in that accident and not have been left alive to have to feel that pain.
Andy was already arriving at the hospital, he was nervous, he didn't know how Camille would react to his presence, but he wanted to see her with all his might, although the way she was released was not the most appropriate, it seemed that with Brett there was no other option.
When he asks for her, a nurse directs him to a doctor, who is in charge.
“Good morning doctor, they told me that you can give me information about Camille Ibis, and Carolain ibis, could you tell me how they are?”
 “Sir, what are you one of the patients?” the doctor takes him by the arm and takes him away from the other doctors who were there.
“You can say that I'm the only thing they have left.”
“Sir, the girl is fine, she has some fractures in her arms, and in one leg, but she is out of danger”.
“And Camille? How is she?”
“In general terms, she is fine, but she had to undergo a caesarean section, but unfortunately the girl who was on the way was the one who received all the blows in the accident and did not resist, now we have Camille sedated, because her reaction when she found out it was not the best”.
A lot of emotions go through Andy, he knew perfectly well the pain of losing a daughter, and he regretted what happened, he can only put his hand to his head, he also knew that any hope with Camille had vanished, very surely, she would blame him for the accident and for having lost her baby.
 “Can I see her?”
“For now, she is sedated as I told her, but if she wants to wait in her room for her to wake up, that would be fine, she needs family company right now” Andy nods and goes after the doctor, he has no choice but to sit and wait for  her to wake up
He was afraid of her reaction, he had also been a coward, for not having listened to her when she wanted to tell him things, for not having helped her in Egypt, for having allowed everything that happened to him, he could not give comfort to his pain, but if he was going to be there for her, like she was there for him when he needed her.
Andy falls asleep in the chair where he was waiting for her to wake up, he was exhausted, he hadn't slept well, his physique was bad because of the injury, not to mention his emotional state, he was on the floor, he doesn't know how long he slept, but when he wakes up, the first thing he meets is Camille's eyes that were staring at him.
“Baby, sorry, I fell asleep-he gets up with a start and goes to her” How are you? I'm so sorry for the loss of your daughter, forgive me, please, I didn't know all this was going to happen, I, I just wanted to take them with me, I was an idiot” Andy begins to cry at Camille's sad look, but she raises her hand and places a finger over her mouth.
"It's not your fault, don't cry anymore please" Camille's voice was broken, she was heartbroken, they both were, losing a child in any condition was an inexplicable pain, and Andy wanted to do whatever it took for her to stop feeling it, but I knew that only time would help to lessen it, because nothing eliminates pain”.
“Camille, I love you with all the strength of my soul, and I would give anything to make that smell in your heart go away, I know perfectly well what you must be feeling, and it is that I regret everything, I regret not having you let go when that guy hadn't shot, I regret the times I didn't listen to you, my pride was more powerful than my love, my jealousy and distrust didn't let me see reality, and if you hate me, I accept that you do it because I have been miserable with you, and because of me you are going through this great pain, please forgive me” Andy cried like a small child, he felt so much guilt for seeing Camille in that state.
“I didn't hear you, I also love you like never before, I have nothing to forgive you, things just happened this way, I was also guilty because I gave room to a human being like Brett, for rushing to hurt you, I ended up doing it to myself, now my baby is gone and there is no way I will have her in my womb again and I will never have her in my arms”  Camille cries so inconsolably, she puts her head on Andy's chest and both are submerged in a deep ocean of tears, they have no way to comfort themselves, neither knows what to say to the other, and although it was evident that the greatest pain was suffering him Camille, Andy felt like his own.
They don't know how long they hugged each other, they don't know how many tears flowed from their eyes, but a soft voice came to the room in a wheelchair, it was Carolain.
“Andy! I feel so happy to see you” she was radiant, although she had a cast on her arm and leg, she was happy to see them, she had always loved Andy, and now more for having saved them from Brett
“Little sister, where is the baby?”  Carolain asks when she sees her flat stomach.
Andy looks at Camille, they didn't know how they were going to explain, but after having vented with their love, Camille can simply give a simple explanation, that even if it caused pain, it was necessary.
“My love, our baby is in heaven, she did not resist the accident we had, but an angel told me that where she was, she was much better”  Carolain lowers her head and begins to cry, the three of them were devastated, although they were now Free as before Brett had come into their lives, recovering from the blow that had been losing the baby that was on the way, would be a long and painful process, but fortunately for Camille, Andy was going to be in her process.
“I will never leave you alone, I promise you, I will always be there for you” Andy takes them by the hand and hugs them.
“There is still a lot to talk about, Andy, but thank you for saving us and even though my precious daughter is not with us right now, her father finally took her, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did for us, I will never stop thank you”.
