Just as Tina was still mumbling in her heart, Darryl walked toward the soft bed and sat down casually. He said, "If you don't get your condition under control in the next half an hour, you'll experience a psychotic break. Plus, I have sealed your acupoints. So, when you do go on a psychotic break, all your meridian will break, and you will die!
"Of course, I can solve your condition, but it depends on your attitude!"
Darryl looked at her; no one knew if he was smiling, but his eyes showed that he intended to humiliate her.
What?!
Tina's body trembled when she heard that. Her mind was buzzing; she was in shock.
'My meridian would break, and I would die? That's horrible!'
"What do you want?" Tine forced herself to calm down as she asked him.
Tina was not stupid; she knew Darryl said those words to make her panic. He must have a purpose to be there by himself that day.
Darryl forced a smile. "It's simple. I'll ask you a few questions, and you must answer truthfully!"
"Fine, ask!" Tina bit her lips as she replied.
Tina did not want to compromise with Darryl's request, but she had no choice. 'It's too horrible to die with broken meridians; I want to live."
"First, how did your master take over the position as Sect Master?" Darryl asked casually.
That…
Tina paused to think, then she replied softly, "I'm not too sure. Master said that the Founding Sect Master wanted to meet him alone at the secret chamber. The Founding Sect Master said he wanted to head to the Illusion Virtual World, but the sect must have a leader. Hence, he handed the position to Master."
Tina did not lie; she did not know about the situation then.
Darryl laughed coldly when he heard that. "Alan is a hypocrite that would do anything to his advantage; he does not qualify to be the Sect Master. Lu Dongbin must have been confused due to his old age, or something else must have happened!"
