When they heard that, Osram and the rest stared at each other and were stunned.
The next second, Osram took a deep breath and said admiringly, "Boss, the Damien family treated you so coldly, yet you still want to help them secretly. Your actions are really admirable. That's fine, don't worry, we will go to Pearl City tomorrow. As long as I am there, nothing will happen to Miss Lolita."
At the same time, Thea's body trembled too. She stared at Darryl and was speechless.
'So, he gathered those bandits to protect Miss Lolita.'
'Earlier at the Damien family's mansion, Lolita did not trust him at all, yet he is still concerned about her safety. His tolerance and generosity are really impressive; he is a real gentleman.'
The banquet went on until very late at night.
"Darryl!"
At the end of the banquet, Thea stood up and said, "You don't need my protection anymore as you have so many followers now. I think I should go now."
"Where are you going?" Darryl was stunned.
Thea smiled lightly, "When I was young, I always dreamt of traveling around the entire continent. However, I have to put my dream aside after I become a knight. Now that I have left Pearl City, I shall do that now."
Darryl nodded and smiled. "Well then, I wish you a smooth journey. If you face any trouble, you can go to the Blood Hand Organization to seek help. Tell them you are my friend, and the Blood Hand Organization will do their best to help."
The Blood Hand Organization?
Thea was shocked; she looked at Darryl blankly. "You are related to the Blood Hand Organization too?"
'That man is really unexpectable.'
Darryl smiled and said, "Yes, I have some connection with their leader." He did not wish to share too much about his relationship with Olena.
Thea was an intelligent person; she did not ask further. After they chatted for a while, she bid farewell to Darryl and left.
Sigh!
