Darryl sighed and looked around the hill as he said, “I asked for the fight tomorrow to delay the situation. The truth is we won't even need to fight them. They’ll be defeated before the sun comes up tomorrow.”
When they heard that, both Reese and Jameson were stunned. ‘Our opponent will be defeated without a fight? How can that be possible?’
Soon, Jameson gathered his thoughts and he could not hide his contempt. “Enough! Please, stop talking nonsense. From what I see, you don’t know anything.”
Then, he turned to look at Reese. “What’s important right now is we need to figure out a way to get out of here before the sky turns dark and return to defend Sunshine City.”
Reese bit her lips hard; she did not know what to do at that moment.
“Look over there. Where the hills are, there are rivers that join together that look like a bow,” Darryl said, pointing into the distance.
Reese and Jameson followed Darryl’s direction and looked. They saw the rivers did look like a big bow. However, how was that related to the war they were facing?
“Take a look again. The location of the arrow of the big bow is located at the bottom of the hill, right? According to Geomancy studies, this is called an Opposite Bow Spot. That’s where the alliance army is and it’s a disadvantage for them!” Darryl said.
When they heard that, everyone went into an uproar.
“Young man, you’re not making sense. What is this Opposite Bow Spot? From what I see, you are just a liar!” Jameson shouted, unable to control himself.
In the Roland Continent, they did not have knowledge on Geomancy studies. Therefore, in Jameson’s point of view, Darryl was completely making that up to confuse everyone.
Darryl ignored Jameson’s shouting and smiled at Reese. “Trust me; send your orders to the enemy soldiers and set our battle for tomorrow morning. Then, we only need to wait for the night, and everything will be resolved.”
Reese did not hesitate and nodded. “Alright.”
