At that instance, Rogart also reacted. He looked at Skylar with a strange smile. "Did you say you want to challenge me?"
Rogart was looking disdainfully at Skylar when he said that.
'How dare a human challenge me? Who gave him the courage to do that?'
'That kid is just showing off.'
Skylar stood proudly and nodded. "What? Can't I?"
Rogart smiled but did not respond.
Grunt could not help it anymore. He strode forward and shouted at Skylar. "You are just the leader of a family living in seclusion. Do you think you are qualified to challenge the Divine Lord? Did you say that you want to fight in a match? I'll entertain you."
Grunt waved his hand, and the Heavenly Alliance disciples around him immediately cleared an area to set up the battle stage.
Skylar chuckled and said calmly, "Guardian, I am not belittling you, but you are not my match at all. Please don't show your shortcomings!"
Skylar was right. He thought nothing of Grunt's ability because he had a fiend soul.
'F*ck!'
Grunt felt humiliated, his face flushed, and his eyes instantly reddened. "Well, well. You talk big, but I'm not sure if your strength is as powerful as your mouth."
"You'll have to go through me if you want to compete with the Divine Lord."
Grunt was furious. As the guardian of the Heavenly Alliance, how could he stand being talked down by the leader of a family living in seclusion?
"Alright!"
Skylar was helpless when Grunt kept insisting. "Since you want to sacrifice yourself, then I will fulfill your wish!"
