Yvette trembled in anger and glared at Skylar. She had been in the world of cultivators for many years and she had always been the one sabotaging others. Many years ago, she had impersonated Darryl and trapped all of the sects from the World Universe in The Wishing Star Tower. At that point in time, as a goddess of her generation, she was defeated by Skylar. It was a massive disgrace!

Skylar squinted and said, "Miss Lane, don't look at me like that. It was an emergency. When would I have had the time to tell you the disadvantages of the inverse of the energy and blood?"

Then, he sighed and said pretentiously, "It's not too late. However, I have one condition."

"Cut the crap. What is it?" Yvette bit her red lips and said coldly. Skylar's words sounded good, but who would have known his true intentions.

You're a descendent of the fiend race and now you possess the fiend soul. If you pledge your loyalty, then Archfiend Antigonus will be very happy. However, Yvette put on a cold face and firmly rejected him without hesitation. "You want me to be like you and bring disaster to The Nine Mainland and put them in misery? Over my dead body!" she spoke in a weak but stern voice.

"Great! You really are Darryl's woman. I'm impressed with your chivalry and benevolence," he snickered and sat on the grass as he waited patiently.
